Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be:

Unused
In original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Custom-fitted or personalised items
Used dive equipment

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
