2. Orders & Contract
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods made via our website and supersede any other terms you may seek to impose.
No variation of these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing by us.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to shipment.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns
Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.
Most items may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (including mouthpieces, undergarments, personalised and used dive equipment) are non-returnable.
We may reduce refunds for diminished value caused by excessive handling.
6. Product Use & Liability
Scuba diving is an inherently hazardous activity.
You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended use and for following all safety instructions and manufacturer guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, lack of training, modification, or misuse of products.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
All website content is owned by Scuba UK and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.
9. Governing Law
